  会议指出,各地要提高政治站位,充分认清中小学幼儿园安全工作面临的风险挑战,积极采取更加有力、更有针对性的举措,织密织牢校园安全防线。

  会议强调,各地要聚焦关键环节,全面深化安全工作重点领域治理,重点做好以下工作:

  一是深入实施心理健康专项行动,筑牢健康第一理念。坚持“五育并举”,全面推进“双减”工作。健全学生心理健康监测与预警机制,加强医校协同。分层分类开展学生心理健康教育,推进宣传科普,营造“人人关注心理,人人注重健康”的良好氛围。

  二是深入实施学生欺凌防治专项行动,形成长效治理机制。对所有中小学校开展一次“起底式”大排查。面向师生、家长定期开展法治教育、防治学生欺凌专题教育培训。强化教育惩戒举措,健全责任追究机制。
